Terms of Service

This website describes what AuxoFlow does and invites you to book a free strategy call. It is an invitation to talk, not an offer of guaranteed results. Any statistic, example, or outcome shown on this site is illustrative and is not a promise of the results you will achieve.

We build AI booking, lead follow-up, reactivation, and reputation systems for med spas and aesthetic clinics. We are a marketing agency. We are not a medical provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice or an endorsement of any treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old and be the owner of, or authorized to act for, the business you submit. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that we may contact you at the details you provide.

The strategy call is free and carries no obligation. Nothing said on the call creates a contract. Any service agreement, pricing, scope, and performance commitment is set out in a separate written agreement, which applies only if you choose to work with us.

Scheduling is handled by HighLevel (LeadConnector). Your use of the scheduling widget is also subject to that provider's terms.

Results depend on factors we do not control, including your pricing, treatment menu, staffing, responsiveness to leads, local market conditions, and advertising budget. Figures shown on this site describe outcomes we have seen, not outcomes we promise to you.

Where a performance guarantee applies, it exists only under a signed service agreement and its stated conditions — including following the recommended follow-up process, responding to leads promptly, keeping appointment availability open, and meeting the agreed minimum ad budget. Any such guarantee covers booked consultations only, not treatment outcomes, patient conversions, or sales.

Programs. AuxoFlow operates two separate text messaging programs, and you consent to them independently:

• Non-marketing (service) messages — appointment reminders, service-related messages about your account, and responses to your enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional messages — special offers, discounts, new product updates, and similar.

Consent to one is not consent to the other. If you opt in only to non-marketing messages, we will not send you promotional texts.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the box for that program on our form and submitting your mobile number. Both boxes are unchecked by default and are never pre-selected or bundled together. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to book a call — leave both unchecked and we will contact you by email instead. You must be at least 18 and be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you give us. We keep a record of each opt-in: the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, the page, and your IP address.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may email you about the call you booked and about our services. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. Transactional email about a call you booked is sent regardless, because you asked for it.

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes not submitting false information or someone else's contact details, not attempting to probe, scan, or breach the site or its providers, not scraping it by automated means, and not using it in a way that interferes with anyone else's use.

The content on this site, including text, graphics, photography, logos, and the AuxoFlow name and marks, is owned by AuxoFlow or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

This site links to and embeds services operated by others, including HighLevel (LeadConnector) for scheduling and Cloudflare for hosting, security, and bot protection. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuxoFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Québec consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
